Your insurance agent should call you periodically to review your insurance coverages. This is not a meeting to sell additional insurance, but to review the coverages you have with that agency. Even if you haven’t made changes to your home, things change. Examples are: the reconstruction cost of the home, your personal financial situation which affects your deductible, fire station zones, upgrades to policy coverages etc. If your insurance agent is getting paid every time you make a premium payment, they owe it to you to review your coverages and to make sure you have the right coverages and deductibles, etc. If they don’t, call me and I will do that for you. This is why I have such a high retention of my clients!
